WTF!!! Flowers and Card or my anniversary never arrived. I alerted Avis Flowers by calling the number. 1/2 hour later I was alerted that the flowers were delivered. I was home at that time and no flowers were delivered. Automated online chat feature for Avis Flowers actually stated that the delivery personnel may indeed state that an item has been delivered even when it is still enroute. I never received the flowers or the card. Avis Flowers is now stating the delivery personnel who have stated the flowers were delivered will provide a picture. I truly believe that they may indeed be delivering to addresses, taking a picture, and then actually leaving (stealing) the very flowers... Read More

I ordered sunflowers for my daughter’s first day of law school. She lives across the country from me. Flowers were not delivered even though I got a notification saying that they had been. I tried using the online help and was told they would trace my package and get back to me. Nothing. Then I tried the chat which was a joke. Then I called on the phone just for the recording to tell me that they were too busy to get to my call. WHAT?! Now I’m out almost $80 for nothing.

Never Ever Again!!!! I have never been more disgusted by a company and their presentation of NOTHING when you pay for it ALL!!!! I had purchased a bouquet which looked amazing and gorgeous for the mom to be (who is 10 states away) and received a picture of FOUR flowers in a glass vase...the customer service was atrocious and I truly believe they kept me on hold and waiting just so that I would hang up.DISGUSTING!!!!!

Never again! Talked to an Ava's Flowers rep on 7/31/24; ordered a small green/yellow arrangement offered on website of carnations/daisies/mums in basket, final cost $78.37. Recipient was a friend in rehab facility. Received a text less than an hour later that my order could not be completed. Immediately called; talked to a different rep who offered a premium upgrade to roses & a box of candy. I questioned candy because of hot weather & wouldn't it melt before delivery? Assured it would not! I asked to substitute a teddy bear that was shown on website instead of candy, same price, but not possible. I’m extremely upset. I ordered 2 bouquets forMy daughters. One to Burnsville which arrived ok. The other to big lake which you show delivered but she never received. I also was charged 3 times instead of 2 and I should have received. $10 credit as you didn’t have what I wanted so was told I’d get this I’m upset over billing. I’m upset because my daughters birthday was today not tomorrow I hope you get this straightened out asap and call me in the morning telling me it’s taken care of

I ordered flowers in May for my daughter’s birthday. First I gave a description and stated the colors I wanted. I named a design from another florist. The person taking the order said she looked at it and says she’d attached a photo to my order. The flowers didn’t have the color I ordered and didn’t look at allLike what I ordered. I also wasn’t told about an up charge for taking my order. I was refunded $25, however if I was told about it. That would have been my choice as to continue with the order. Very disappointed!!!

Ordered sunflower arrangement and it looks like something I would have arranged, not a professional. Unable to complain through customer bot and they would not answer the phone due to volume of calls. Had ordered before through them and was satisfied but not today and not at the prices they charge. Yes, 10 sunflowers were received but small and poorly arranged.

This company is a sham. Tried to cancel my order and they kept trying to sell me more or push other products. Transferred to two different representatives and needed two different supervisor's approval to cancel order. Could not understand the service representatives. I ended up filing a fraud claim with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Avoid! Ava’s contracts with third parties. I Ordered and expensive, all white, sympathy vase of flowers tp Ben delivered. When I asked the person to whom flowers were delivered about the quality of the white bouquet, she sent me ac picture of a mostly yellow flower vase with a gaudy, Christmas, gold glitter bow. I just called to order replacement flowers and was told since past 48 hours I can get a 30 percent refund/credit. I said no way and no supervisor was available, I was told someone would call me back....
