It left the interviewer in splits, and the actress replied that only'Aishwarya' would be enough for her to be addressed. Anupama asked Aishwarya if her surname is now officially 'Rai Bachchan'. Aishwarya replied gracefully to this and mentioned that she has professionally been known as 'Aishwarya Rai', who got married to Abhishek Bachchan so 'Aishwarya Bachchan', and now it is up to people with what surname they would want to call her.
